Dr. Mac is a chiropractic physician dedicated to helping individuals and families move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. With a strong foundation in human performance and functional health, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching, shaping her approach to care around function, performance, and long-term wellness.
She provides personalized, patient-centered care for her human patients at One Health Chiropractic, where her approach is rooted in neurologically based chiropractic care. Dr. Welch focuses on how the nervous system influences movement, function, and overall health, working to identify the root cause of discomfort rather than simply treating symptoms. Her care integrates detailed assessment, hands-on techniques, and movement-based strategies to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support sustainable, long-term outcomes.
Dr. Welch holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (cAVCA), allowing her to extend her care to animal patients as well. This dual focus reflects her belief that optimal function and quality of life are essential for both people and the animals they care for.
Known for her approachable and attentive style, Dr. Welch prioritizes building strong relationships with her patients and creating care plans that fit seamlessly into their daily lives. Whether working with individuals, active families, or animal patients, she is committed to delivering care that is both effective and empowering.
Her overarching goal is simple: to help entire families stay active, resilient, and healthy—supporting a high quality of life not just in the short term, but for years to come.
““Animals don’t complain about discomfort—they adapt to it. My job is to find those hidden imbalances and restore the movement and comfort they deserve.””
